What is the processing time for orders? All items are handmade to order, in the order that they were received. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your order (this includes time to make the order by hand, up to 10 business days, along with time for shipping and delivery). During sale times and holidays, the processing time may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to perfect your order.
What is your refund/return/exchange policy? We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygienic purposes. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so that we can work with you to resolve your issue.
Do you offer custom scents/sizes/products? Absolutely! Custom orders will incur an additional "custom order fee" that is based on scents, sizes and quantities. Please contact us to inquire about a custom order.
Where and when can I pickup my order? Once your order has been handmade to perfection, you will receive either an email and/or text message to arrange a pickup date, time and location (in the Covington, GA area).
What ingredients are used in your products? All items have an ingredient list on the individual item description pages. We do not make any claims to treat, prevent or cure any skin or medical conditions. If you are unsure whether or not you can use our products, please consult a medical professional first.
Why does my product look different from what’s in the picture(s)? The product(s) you receive might vary from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. Natural ingredients may also have variations in color and texture so this may affect the final look of your product. We may also use different sizes/colors/shapes of jars and bottles .
